Excellent Service I book my Appointment today at 7:15 Am and i was out at 7:30 Am, waiting room was clean a few patients waiting clean location service by Linda was outstanding very happy I recommend this site to my friends and family.

I would choose this Quest Diagnostics location anyday over the Labcorp options in Miami. We were greeted by Elsevier (I hope I spelled it right and he is a wonderful, helpful young man) and Linda, equally helpful and kind.

I considered different locations, read many reviews and appreciate that Quest’s Management and the Patient Advocacy teams respond to their reviews. Meaning they are willing to right any issues. Their responses can be seen in the reviews for this location too.

I wanted to go to a clean, reliable, professional and efficient location and I found that here. I made my appointment a week ahead of time for an earlier morning appointment, planned for it, and got an email with QR code that I could scan as part of the checkin process. At checkin you can enter your details on the kiosk for checkin if you don’t have a QR code. As soon as I scanned in, within minutes, Elsevier called me and I was early to the appointment, which also helped. These places fill up fast and the earlier you go, the better.

We worked with both Elsevier and Linda and they took care good care of my family member who was there for a sample. The took such great care of us that we will only use this location for future work.

Thank you Quest Diagnostics Management for putting patients first, being available by email and phone with Patient Advocacy and having great staff that looks out for patients, as well.

Very clean, organized, anti septic. Very careful , highly expert techs. Quick all automated check in and cue. Great outfit.

Customer Service is getting better. I was lucky I had an awesome lady on my lab work, its a shame i forgot her name so i can write the office a nice recognition letter.
