It is because of Milagros that I am now a Sir Galloway loyal customer. From the first time I went there for my son in law, I felt she was extremely accommodating and efficient. Thereafter I thought I would try Sir Galloway for myself and Milagros continues to make me feel very confident in the quality and efficiency of your services. She gives 100% attention and is always warm and friendly. When Milagros is not there, the other ladies have also been very pleasant and efficient. I will be a loyal customer for as long as I live in Miami.

I choose Sir Galloway because its so close to my house. It IS expensive, but I'll keep going because Milagros is so wonderful. She welcomes me by name when I walk in the door, asks me how I'm doing, asks about how I would like the clothes done, always helps me out with stains and repairs (sometimes seeing things I don't!), and is ALWAYS smiling and pleasant! I'll pay a little more for great customer service, (which one cant find that often in South Florida!) and Milagros is awesome.
