Wonderful Gym and Roy Jeffery is the best trainer ever!

I found Roy on google, and it was the best personal training experience I've ever had. I had a knee injury and he worked with me to strengthen the other muscles in my leg to support my knee. I have not had any pain since!

Roy is great! Always upbeat and knows how to push us without being a drill instructor. More importantly he is very good in recognizing muscle groups and areas where you need improvement and then finding ways to address them. Roy makes you feel great. And he always disinfects after each session. Great tunes!

Roy has been working with my "senior citizen" dad, who is opting not to use gyms right now -- doing virtual sessions via Zoom. My dad looks forward to the meetings each week and feels so good afterwards... Roy pushes him to work hard, but also understands his needs and limits. We feel lucky to have found -- through a friend's recommendation -- such a skilled and caring trainer and person.
