“I contacted over 20 funeral homes when I found out my cousin passed away. The only place that went out of their way to send me pictures of the venue was La Paz Funeral Home. Although the pain in our hearts is very heavy, the staff made us feel happy to be there. Jorge was extremely attentive and made us feel like he was part of the family. He also went out of his way to assist my mother when she fainted multiple times. Myrna was beyond professional, she made this difficult process easier than I’d ever expect. Lavinia also assisted with the paperwork process and made sure to constantly follow up with me. Kenneth was very respectful and helpful. I can honestly write an entire book about this funeral home. I wish I was able to give more stars. My cousin was well taken care of, the staff went above and beyond to make sure he looked handsome as ever. My cousin will be transported to Honduras for his burial, I’ve known other people that take 1 to 2 months to transport their loved ones to their countries, but La Paz funeral MADE SURE my cousin was transported fast and safe. The viewing was Saturday and he will be in Honduras this Thursday. We couldn’t be happier with this company. Oh, and I forgot to mention I live in Naples but that didn’t stop Myrna and Lavinia from assisting us, they sent all documents via email so we wouldn’t have to drive to Miami and they accepted our downpayment via phone call. Phenomenal job!!! The venue is beautiful and super spacious, I truly appreciated that for the same or less price I’d pay somewhere else I got to see my cousin on last time for 8 hours rather than 2-3 hours most other funeral homes offer. I recommend La Paz Funeral Home to everyone !”

“The Services Provided By Stephanie and Funeral Director the night of my youngest brother Viewing was nothing less than Exceptional. The Care they took to make sure everyone was comfortable, and A very professional service was provided with San Jose. The attention to detail made my brother looked perfect. I wish I didn’t have to be writing this but that’s life and we loose it sometimes. We weren’t prepared had nothing ready, certainly not for a 13 year old and thanks to them we couldn’t have felt in better hands. His Funeral started at 4pm for the close relatives and I informed everyone else at 5pm - would end at 12 Midnight so at 11pm I promptly starting advising everyone to start saying saying their goodbyes as it’s difficult to start doing it at 11:57 as the end of the night approaches, and we wanted a bit of extra time with alone. Everything went smoothly and the day of his burial. The escort service was ready, the hearse was ready the director was ready, it seem that the only person not ready was my Dad which we couldn’t find for a while. Turns out we were looking for each other around the building. Everything was on time and perfect until my brother was laid to rest and their services were over. I highly recommend if you’re looking for that service that nobody wants to look for cause it’s tough, to go and see the guys there at San Jose Memorial Plan. You’ll get a really great service and a Memorial you’ll always remember.”

She explained all of the options. When my mom passed Riverside offered us the ability to visit our mother before her service. Riverside keep us informed with all of the arrangements that were being organized. After the service concluded Denise called us to see how we were doing. That personalized service made the worst day of my life a little easier just knowing that we were not alone.”
