Richard was very responsive to our inquiry for service, then made a thoughtful recommendation based on our needs. He completed the work in a timely fashion & had high quality workmanship. Not only would we hire him again, but we’ve already recommended him to a friend!

Richard replaced broken tiles that had been damaged by storm. He installed a waterproofing coating across our flat roof, which eliminated leaks. Richard is very personable, and his prices are very competitive. I recommend Richard for all roof repairs.

I called Richard (Andy’s Roofing) and within 1 hr he called me back . I scheduled an appointment with him and he showed on time and was very knowledgeable with the type of work I wanted done to my concrete roof.
His estimate was very reasonable and honest . He then scheduled the day he was going to do the job and showed up and completed it as promised. I had called another Keys roofing company that was recommended by a friend who is a contractor and they never even bothered to call me back.

I had a new ceiling leak in a flat roof in Key Largo.
All round first-rate professional experience with the owner Richard of Andy the Roofer. Richard answered my phone inquiry within a few hours and immediately scheduled a visit. He walked me through the issues and we arrived at a reasonable price to re-roof the entire roof with a premium silicone material.
Richard worked steadily to complete the re-roofing in the time window he promised. He also repaired some flashing and brought to my attention some side wall cracks at the roof junction which could cause some problems down the line. He then also coated the low side walls for a nominal additional price. A very careful and craftsman-like job.
Richard has my very highest recommendation, you won’t be disappointed!

Richard himself answered my phone call the rainy morning I discovered a leak in my roof. Within 2 hours he was at my house assessing the damage and delivering a really great quote for the repairs.
