Chasity keeps track and administers our insurance claims like she was family caring for family's needs. She listens and responds in a manner rare in today's "automated" business environment.
I was contemplating giving up on the agency and simply going to the extra effort of researching and handling our insurance needs ourselves, online, until Chasity came along, and Iddo found new auto coverage at half the rate we were previously paying.
But, Chasity, with her outstanding and friendly manner, was the key to my decision to continue our long business relationship with DTRT.
A possible improvement in their services might be for the client's agent (in my case, Iddo) to automatically check for better rates whenever renewal time comes around, instead of waiting for me to ask them to, as happened this time, through Chasity.
