Let It Ride Charters

Awesome! A few weeks ago my family and I booked not one but TWO private charters with Captain Steve. We had just suffered the loss of our mother/wife/Nana and we needed to escape to the ocean for some rest, reflection and hope. We did a snorkeling tour one trip and a fishing adventure the next -- both were amazing!! We even took my 73-year old father and Steve was most helpful with him, even getting him into the ocean for the first time to snorkel. He's highly skilled and trained, which is important when on the open waters, has a great and comfortable boat and makes it easy! Snorkeling with the sea turtles (so many of them) and catching my first fish ever, which happened to be a barracuda, was so cool! My husband and two kids (20 / 10) had a blast as well. If you never leave land while in Key Largo, you're missing out big time. Thank you, Captain Steve, for two awesome experiences. We can't wait to hit the water with you again!

I’m so glad we went with the amazing Captain Steve after scouring reviews for every other place on the Keys. He tailor made a snorkeling/fishing trip for us. We were hauling in Mahi-Mahi moments after the lines went out! In just 4 hours we went through the mangroves, snorkeled a reef that teamed with fish, and went into the blue waters off shore for 5 gorgeous Mahi-Mahi and some fun bar jacks that joined in. Captain Steve really knows his stuff, and his boat is beautiful. I loved the shade, cushy seats, cold drinks and snacks. We cooked up half our catch where Captain Steve recommended, Sharky’s, and it was incredible. My 3 surly teens loved the trip and my husband got to bring in his dream catch. Although I caught the biggest one!

Captain Steve and Zoe were incredible for us. We booked last minute looking for a charter boat with a captain to ride around and check out the reefs. They brought us to two different areas where we could snorkel - they were beautiful. We really appreciated how knowledgable they were and also very laid back. Thank y’all so much for making our trip a great time!

My boys had a great experience with Captain Steve and Zoe last weekend. The weather was great and they took them to a few of their favorite fishing spots off shore. My younger son caught a decent Baracuda fish and my older son had a good fight with a large Mutton Snapper that he wrestled back to the boat. They had a couple other bites that afternoon, but the fishing tapered off. Captain Steve and Zoe took care of everything they needed including a great recommendation to a favorite local restaurant that knew how to perfectly cook the Mutton Snapper for us with traditional Cuban-style vegetables and rice. It was a fabulous dinner and a great adventure. What a perfect way to end our vacation in the Keys!
