(February 17, 2023, 8:00 am)I had to switch my pick up location from Miami International airport to here at the the last minute. Nash, the manager, made good on a difficult situation. Instead of making me wait, Nash picked me up at my airbnb and took me to the rental car. great customer service, Thanks Sir !
(October 31, 2022, 12:44 pm)Best rental car office around. Nash is a stand up guy and always takes care of us. We've been using Budget/Avis Key Largo for 6 plus years now, at least once a month, sometimes more and not one bad experience. Nash is the best!
