a bit pricey for such a small cake, but other than that, everything was perfect! i asked for a small white cake that we used for my friends wedding reception. she was punctual, email correspondence was on point, cake was TASTY. and service was fast, i asked her for a cake a week before the wedding and she delivered !

Gina is a total rockstar! Easy to work with and WOW her desserts are delicious! We hired Pastry Mermaid to cater or wedding cake and dessert and requested everything be gluten free for our guests and there was zero issue from Gina and everything was unbelievably tasty and gorgeous! We will have to make it back down to the Keys for her desserts :)

Chef Gina was the absolute best! She is the friendliest and most professional woman and her work was beautiful! She made this wonderful three tier cake, many mini desserts, and several trays of Italian cookies. Everything tasted wonderful and she was an absolute pleasure to work with! Pastry Chef, Gina Johnson, created the amazing triple layer wedding cake and trifecta of mini desserts for our wedding in March, 2021. Chef Gina was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was so friendly, helpful and accommodating, even customizing combinations and flavors to make my dream wedding cake a reality. She was so responsive to emails and helpful during the planning stages of making my wedding dessert choices. It’s obvious that she loves what she does, and it shows in her sumptuous pastry creations. She truly wants her customers to be completely happy and thrilled.....and we were! Not only were the cake and mini desserts delicious, but their presentation was also stunning. Our guests were absolutely raving about all of the desserts which were truly mouth-wateringly delicious, special and memorable. We can’t recommend Chef Gina highly enough!!! Five star creations and service!!!!
