I found an rv and left a deposit on it. I flew from Baltimore to Jacksonville to purchase the rv and drive it home. Unfortunately it wasn't up to my expectations, but it was my fault for not paying someone to look at it for me. However, while I was there I found one that was absolutely gorgeous. It was twice the price of the one I originally wanted but I didn't care. This rv was 20k cheaper then if I were to purchase elsewhere. I got a really good deal on it. I asked if they would throw on 2 front tires before I came back to get it and they did. I flew back a few weeks later and picked up the rv. It looked brand new and I drove it 800 miles with no issues. I am very happy with my purchase. If you are from out of state I would highly recommend having a 3rd party look it over for you before leaving a deposit and traveling a long distance to purchase it. That's for any rv that you purchase no matter what dealer your buying from.

I recently had a fantastic experience at Sunstate RV and Marine that I feel compelled to share. On Tuesday, we called in to inquire about the condition and availability of an RV. We were fortunate to speak with Tammy, who was not only helpful in answering our questions but also informed us about the delivery options. She mentioned that the RV could be delivered to the local auto auction for pickup, or we could collect it ourselves from Monday to Friday, between 9 am and 5 pm.

Opting to visit on Thursday, we were pleasantly surprised by Tammy's proactive approach; she made a follow-up call to confirm our visit. Upon arrival, Tammy greeted us at the door and provided a comprehensive overview of the RV. As first-time RV owners, her detailed explanation of how everything works, including essential dos and don'ts, was incredibly valuable.

The test drive was another highlight of our visit. Accompanied by a knowledgeable teammate of Tammy's, we received useful tips and insights, enhancing our confidence in handling the RV.

We're thrilled and a bit nervous, as we'll be embarking on our journey from Florida to Oklahoma this Sunday. Sunstate RV and Marine is a great low pressure dealership with unbeatable deals on RV's. Please note that this is NOT a high end high pressure dealership selling new units. You get what you are paying for and at these prices, you will likely need to put more money into the unit once you get it home. That said, Tammy is a gem and will try to be as honest with you as she can about your unit. She knows what she is doing and works hard to ensure you have everything you need. On the day of pick up, her entire team is available to take care of any last minute issues, making the transfer easy.

Best used rv prices around- financing was a breeze- the only thing I would have changed was the time frame of pick up. We placed our down payment on 9/22 and did not pick up until today, 10/20. This was due to the title not being released- Tammy was great and kept me up to date regularly. I can see how others would perceive her as rude, I think she’s just very straight to the point. Would definitely purchase from them again.
