Dr. William D. Titus, DMD

My husband and I recently started going to Dr. Titus and found that his office staff was courteous, Dr. Titus was thorough, kind, and took extra time with us as new patients. We never felt rushed. His charges were fair. The dental hygienist was the best I've EVER been to- and I get my teeth cleaned at least twice per year - so I have some experience to base my review on. The hygienist took time to explain how dental plaque and tartar are formed so that I could take even better care of my teeth. We have absolutely no complaints. They even took our Medicare Advantage plan for the cleanings. My plan doesn't cover fillings and my husband needed one filling and the price for that was fair---not cheap, but I am happy with fair since so many dental places gouge you. If you have been going to one of those "chain" dental places that charge exorbitant prices for "deep cleanings", gingival irrigation, antibiotic that you probably don't need, special toothbrushes, etc. give Dr. Titus a try. He is an old-fashioned dentist that seems to care about his patients.

No zigs, No pain! Dr. Titus and his staff provide exceptional dental care in a modest down to earth environment right here in Callahan. I’ve been a patient for roughly eight years now and Dr. Titus has expertly helped me throughout them. He and his team are the real deal. If good oral health is important to you . . . you’ll certainly be pleased with the results of making Dr. Titus your Dentist! Juanita at the front desk is also pretty darn nice . . . but don’t tell her I said that!

I love the office that I have worked at for 10+ years! Dr Titus and my co workers are my family. I know that he is a wonderful dentist, very conservative, yet very thorough. My parents and brother recommended him to me and my mother still drives 2 hrs just to see him as her dentist. He has done work on me as well as my son and he is very gentle and patient. Dr Titus received "Best Of The Best" dentist in Nassau county 4 years in a row!!! We would like to think the staff had a little something to do with that too! =)

I am sorry that some of our former patients or their family members get flustered with our office policies. They are not my own, I only enforce them, for my employer obviously. I am saddened to think that someone would say I am "rude" , but I can assure you that I do get along with almost 100% of my patients that come to our practice. Of course, there are certain difficulties that may arise, but it isn't solely coming from my "matter of fact" personality. I wear many hats, as well as my co workers, and we come together as a team. We love our patients and also love when they understand our policies when signing their paperwork! It does make our job easier. When having a business and working with the public someone is likely to get their feathers ruffled, especially when dealing with money. Please accept my sincere apology for any wrong way that I may have preformed at my job. Thank you to all of the kind, understanding, and dedicated patients that make our practice great!
