Great rehab facility! Eric is so knowledgeable and good at what he does and explains everything so well. I’m so happy they were recommended to me. Their office is also conveniently located right between Yulee and the island!

I went to physical therapy here for a few months. The staff was friendly. Eric is an amazing therapist and got me back where I needed to be with no need for surgery. They make you feel very welcome.

Super knowledgeable staff willing to find the root of your injuries, aches, pains etc. and treat them accordingly!

I can't say enough about the care and insight Eric Wheeler, DPT imparts with each visit of mine. Dr Wheeler's vast expertise and individual concern results in significant pain mitigation and considerable functional improvement. In sum, the best part about his treatment plan is that I feel better after each session. He is an attentive listener, clear communicator, and skilled in a variety of modalities. He is honest and realistic in his assessments and prognoses. I feel very confident with his therapeutic approach and optimistic for a better future under his care.

Additionally, Erica, the scheduler and front desk manager is kind, thoughtful and helpful to coordinate sessions and accommodate changes as needed. In short, the staff at H2 Health is a joy to work with. I heartily recommend them...they're the best I've seen in over 20 years of working with close to a dozen therapists.

Great facility with knowledgeable and friendly staff. The main PT Eric, is able to give you quality 1 on 1 care even during the rare times there's more than just you in the clinic. He takes the time to educate you on your condition so you feel confident about your recovery. Would definitely recommend if you're ever in need!
