Brightway Insurance - The Fernandina Beach Agency

The pricing is a good deal for a short-term truck/van rentals. The APP they want you to use for reserving and returning the vehicles is terrible. I had to wait on hold not once but twice for over 20min during the rental process because it didn't work right. I left the rating as 4-stars since the staff at the Downtown Tacoma office were very good at their jobs.

4/13/22 UPDATE: last week I rented a van here and I didn't realize that they were going to charge me for every mile that I used I thought when they asked for how many miles I might use that it was deducted from those miles and anything over I'd pay unfortunately when you do an in town rental they charge you for every mile that you use so just be aware of that. Unfortunately I did not have the money to pay for the whole rental and U-Haul was gracious enough to allow me a 7-Day hold where I could come in and pay my bill within those seven days so I really want to thank you all for that and just let everyone know don't stress too much if you can't always pay they might extend a courtesy of a 7-Day hold to pay off your bill so kudos woohoo to U-Haul 10 stars for today ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
4/4/22Rented a van here this morning and this U-Haul is got a lot of products if you need moving supplies conveniently located right on 25th across from the bus station not the Greyhound just the regular bus station definitely check them out for all your moving supplies truck rentals you need to rent storage they have it all here at this location

I never thought I would stop to write a review for something insurance related, but I feel compelled to do so based on the amazing service we get! We use Brightway for everything: home, (and previously renter's insurance before we bought our house) flood, and auto. And we couldn't be happier! I specifically want to call out Angela Pruitt for being the best insurance agent you could ever imagine. She is always available to answer questions and does it without hesitation, but better yet, she does it with a smile. I have never met anyone so pleasant in the insurance industry before. I feel lucky to have her as our agent.

They worked with us to get our insurance changed after we move to Florida. They got everything we needed at a good price.
