I own a local technology design and consulting firm and have partnered with Parker Contracting on several projects. Most recently Parker and I completed a major remodel for my good friend on the Island. This friend also happens to be one of the most established Architects in Fernandina Beach. My friend John is super happy with Parker Contracting. His new house is gorgeous. Over the last few years, I have found that the owner Dylan not only cares about his clients, but also for his employees. This allows him to keep good PMs. The two Project Managers that I have worked directly with are Joel and Chuck. Both of these guys care about what they do and approach their work as true "craftsman".

They get the job done and work well with the other trades. Highly recommend this company

I have never used Parker Construction personally, however our neighbor is just finishing up with an absolutely beautiful job on 17th street in Fernandina. I must say that your company is the very best, especially due to the foreman (Joel) on the job site. All workman were very polite and considerate of everyone. A great job well done ....
