Parkway Grille

Amazing food, great customer service, my only complaint is it's not meant for working people. Myself & 3 coworkers went for lunch & we all ordered one at a time right behind each other, got our drinks & sat down. I was the last to order & it took the entire hour we had for lunch that day for my food to be cooked & brought to me, all my coworkers were finished & waiting on me to eat & I hadn't been served. I had to get a Togo box before my plate came out so I could toss my food into it & go back to work. One of my coworkers did order the fried pickles & they came out very dark brown (overcooked/grease needed filtered?) and they did make her a new batch to replace them so they definitely care about their customers happiness. Overall a great place to go for lunch if you have the time & I hope to be visiting again soon!

Great location on Buccaneer Trail near Harris Teeters. Great lunch place. Closes at 2pm daily. We had a Reuben, hot ham and Swiss and fries. All were very good. We will be back!

Good place. Food and service was pretty good. Right now they are hit hard by covid and have stock and staffing issues. I could hardly order what I wanted however they might say their service is slow but it is not. I got the meatball sub and it was good. The bread was well cooked and the sauce was well made. Overall Parkway Grille was not bad.

Love this family owned and operated breakfast and lunch diner!!! Food is excellent, fast service, great atmosphere. Like any restaurant they have their times where it's a little busy and maybe a little delay at times it's worth the wait!!!

Hands down best Ruben I’ve had. I got mine to-go and they put the thousand island dressing in a little sauce cup, probably to keep the bread from getting soggy, so that was a nice touch. The Fries were crispy and delicious, I’ll definitely be getting this again. I highly recommend them, staff were extremely nice.
