“This is a large, mid-range non-chain hotel across the highway from the beach. It is perfectly acceptable, and the owners appear to trying to provide a good experience, so good for them. Plenty of free parking, a couple decent restaurants nearby, and a fun place for breakfast right across the street on the beach. The pool isn't really very enticing.”

Joey came in and stripped all of it, cleaned and sealed everything how it should have been originally. While they were out we had them steam clean our rugs and carpet, turned out amazing. these guys are quick, professional and have great communication. “Very nice boutique hotel in the heart of Fernandina Beach, within easy walk of downtown shops, restaurants and the docks. We stayed for two nights in April 2022. Our room had a king-sized bed that was very comfortable and not too firm like most hotel beds. Everything looked new and clean and we loved the shower head. A/C and ceiling fan worked great. The room had a view of the pool and was pretty quiet. The hotel also has its own bar. Front desk folks and the bartender were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay there again next time we are in Fernandina.”
