Great office personnel, very efficient and polite, despite fast pace environment. I have dealt with many building jurisdictions, and this one is tops. From the secretary, all the way to chief building officer.

Such a great staff. Friendly, nice and understanding. My builders have been messing up left and right and Gracie and Jessica Childers have been so patient and understanding with me. I can't thank y'all enough.

Permitting process was smooth. Had zero problems communicating with permitting staff. They were helpful and customer service oriented.

Such a great department, very friendly staff. They greet you and assist you right away. One of the smoothest permit submittals ever.
