  About to go on vacation and we had a flat on our rear tire which had been repaired before a few years ago. Greg took care of everything for us and Angelo had the tire there on time on Saturday. Thanks to the great team at Quick Lane we were on our way on time . Can’t thank or recommend them enough! Great job guys!

  Quick lane is the best when it comes to dealerships. I took my GMC and Land Rover the same day. Friendly, knowledgeable, reasonable prices. Fast as Can!

  Took my F150 in for service. Multiple items.
  
  I've had a metal on metal sound when the motor starts for a long time. Another dealer said it was fixed. It wasn't. But the mechanics at Paul Clark figured it out. It needed new cam phasers. They fixed it and the sound disappeared.
  
  However, when picking up the truck, there were some other issues I won't elaborate here. But I was pretty frustrated. I called my service manager, Brian, but did not hear back. Eventually, I provided a very negative review on the Ford corporate survey.
  
  Brian responded the same day. (They had some voicemail issues I helped them discover).
  
  His response was amazing. Everything was taken care of and he is even comping my next service appointment.
  
  Mistakes occur. Afterall, we are human. The key is fixing the issue and if possible, going a little above and beyond. That's exactly what Brian did.
  
  Thank you Brian! And thank you Paul Clark Ford for supporting him and his efforts!

  Brandon was stellar and went above and beyond to get me the deal I wanted, which I honestly thought was impossible, since I had gone to other dealerships trying to purchase the same vehicle and did not even come close to what I wanted. Even driving down to the dealership I have serious doubts about getting a deal done, but to say the least, Brandon did not disappoint, he not only have all documents in place for the numbers that I wanted, but was very detailed, and made the process a very quick and easy one. Kudos to him and the dealership!
