We bought 4 mattresses from them and we had an issue with the Queen Beauty Rest mattress sagging in the middle after just a couple of months. They happily replaced it. Fast forward a year and we experienced the same issue again. Well, they once again
happily replaced it but with a better mattress! Their customer service really could not be better.

They were helpful and accommodating, not to mention the lager selection of furniture.
We’ll be back for a mattress next.
