UF Health Urgent Care - Wildlight

Every time I have had to unfortunately go see a doctor, and I go to this location, has been an absolute pleasure. Wait times are minimal, staff are extremely courteous, and every diagnosis has been accurate. Tests are always quick and relatively painless and they are always very good at explaining the diagnosis in understandable terms. I live farther down in the Eastside of Jacksonville and I always go here whenever I have medical problems. Couldn't recommend enough.

I absolutely love UF Wildlight Urgent Care! Caring staff, great providers, and a beautiful facility. Amaya McCarthy was a great provider who made me feel heard and Dr. John Marshall was a great patient educator. Nurse Sydney killed it when taking my vitals; thank you to such a great staff!

Today I went in for cold/flu symptoms. I made an appointment and was so glad I did because there were 13 people ahead of me but I was called back in less than 5 min. HIGHLY recommend making an appointment. Amaya was my care provider and she’s amazing! She explained things to me, took her time, and was super down to earth. I’ll be honest, I have not had the best experience with my primary care provider at UF Wildlight but the urgent care was awesome!

I had an injury late on a Friday night and the next morning went to Wildlight Urgent Care for treatment. Service was excellent, staff knowledgeable, caring, clean beautiful rooms. Loved it and IF I need care they will be my first choice. Thank you Jess and Chris
