“I dropped my car off today the moment they opened and left it with these lovely people for the day. Needless to say my jaw dropped when I came back 7 hours later. I sent it in to get a full service detailing (interior and exterior), but primarily to take the hard water damage off of my car. When they saw it for the first time, Mike’s eyes nearly popped out of his head! I knew it was going to need a lot of elbow grease, but they did that and more! My entire driver’s side looked like it had just went through a rainbow due to the iron in our sprinkler system damaging my paint for months. My car looks brand new and they even fixed something I had never mentioned! As embarrassing as it is, when I first got my license, I hit something and never was relieved of the burden it left me with until today. I had hit the left side of my bumper and it had left orange paint where the damage was done from what I hit. For years I was tormented by those paint markings, never expecting Mike and his team to go above and beyond. I never thought that paint would come off, and they did it! Amazing amazing work from a wonderful business!”

“I've had few cars repaired of past 25 year all over coast. I'm usually a DIY person but I know my limits and know when I need to take my car to repair shop. Carters auto repair are few and far between. there is not many high quality and honest repair men anymore left out there. I've worked in service industry for 30+ years and this shop is A+ , 5 Star , Premium. I have been all shops in Nassau County and they all want to pick and choose the easy repair work and say it will be 2 to 4 weeks for repairs because they don't want to do the work or give a outlandish Price $$$$$. Great Customer service Old Style. which no longer exist in this fast paced society we live in today. Well worth the money even if you pay a little extra.!!”

“I was dealing with a previous shop for 2 years and didn't get a lot done to my motorcycle but went to Yulee Brothers and within a week they had my whole bike working. My bike was completely wrecked and all that was good was the engine and frame. They worked with me, very friendly and informative. I won't touch another shop and don't mind riding 30 to 40 minutes out of the way to go back to the shop. Service is beyond amazing. I will say it's stressful knowing you need to get work done on your vehicle but they made it stress free and not once did I have to get upset or anything. I added when spacers and after they mounted the wheels and tires they recommended that I take them off so the front components wouldn’t rub. Didn’t charge me to take the off.
