(August 13, 2018, 6:13 pm)Gabrielle was awesome. He came in and told us exactly what we needed to have done, then did that AND MORE. We're in a rental and he was only supposed to spot clean, but he called his boss to get approval to do the entire house. I love great customer service. Kudos to Carpet Valle and especially Gabrielle!
