In mid-December of 2017, I stopped by the Mustang Cafe for an early lunch consisting of the Tomato Bisque.
It was superb! The consistency was gourmet quality (I've had my share of lobster bisques from living in New England) and the flavor captured the subtleties of the various components of a traditional bisque.
Would highly recommend to all who can make it!
The Mustang Cafe represents the best high school culinary program that a student may experience. Chef Bates is amazing, and the students' food selections are delicious. It's my favorite place to eat in the Apopka area!
