“This company is the best I've ever dealt with, before I called them to come and fix my AC unit, I called a company that came out and just told me lie after lie, I should've had channel 9 here, that other company told me that I didn't have no warranty on my unit, said that they called the manufacturer and the warranty had expired, then told me that it'll be $1,005, so my wife said, look into the file and call the company that came out and put the unit in years ago, I didn't and ACR was a true blessing, now they really did call the manufacturer and we still had the warranty on the unit, plus the told me that I'll just have to pay for labor and diagnose which came out to be $351.00. I am a grateful recovering heroin addict because of this place. Yes it was unorganized at times. But it's a full-time women's residential facility. The staff there really care and the clients there get help if they want it. I'm 1 year 5 months sober today and I know that alot of women that were there with me are still sober today. We all keep in contact. And let's not forget this place is FREE people. I will forever be truly grateful to this place. They saved my life.”
