(June 23, 2011, 1:22 pm)I am recreational cyclist. I own both a mountain and road bike. I heard of coac4tris by word of mouth while doing a group road bike ride in the Clermont area. At the time, I was experiencing pain in both my elbows and knees while riding and I was advised that I might need a bike fit. This when I decided to contact coach4tris and met with coach Kameel for a bike fit. First of all, you can tell how dedicated is coach Kameel to bike fitting when your first step into his bike fitting studio. It consists of a widescreen TV, trainer, HD camcorder, computers any many measuring tools. Coach Kameel spent about two hours working in my bike fit and when done I immediately notice how more comfortable my bike ride had become. He also provided me with a print out of before and after for my reference as well as video of the bike fitting session. No more pain in my elbows and knees!! My experience with coach Kameel was absolutely great. Coach Kameel has solid technical background in bio-mechanics and as an experienced cyclist he has a lot of good advice to offer. Based on his coaching and bike fit I have been able to improve my speeds and endurance when it come to cycling. I will recommend him without a hesitation. Thank you Coach Kameel!!
