(May 13, 2018, 11:46 am)I was very impressed with the customer service experience because of their patience with me and attention to detail. I've been here several times and it is always a pleasure. I highly recommend this location to anyone. Ashley was extremely patient and Amean was helpful too. Johnnae was very kind. I moved from a prepaid account to postpaid and everyone in the store made it a swift transition for me. I ask lots of questions and not at any point did they seem frustrated with me. If you need anything to do with T-Mobile, please come here.
