  Room was clean and well maintained. The decoration theme was excellent. Very well done. I would return and highly recommend this place. The staff goes above and beyond. I have never been anywhere where the staff go out of their way to please you. Cast members are the back bone to all and any Disney resort. Port Orleans river side is one of my favorites. Boatwright's is an excellent restaurant. Must visit.

  It was so magical. The rooms were a good size and functional. The property was beautiful. The steam boat to get to Disney Springs is free, fun, and a cool experience.
  
  I loved every second of my trip here, and we will probably go back and stay again.

  GREAT food court with awesome fun staff! Great warm main pool, with other pools around the hotels, there's a nice restaurant on site also, little boats that go to Disney springs. Beautiful decorations. We come back here again cause other hotels just aren't as perfect! Good for all ages with hot tub, arcade, horse drawn carriage.

  Riverside is a beautiful resort with amazing features. Breakfast at the food court at good and our most used service was the boat service to Disney springs which was convenient and easy to use. The cast members were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms themselves were also very nice and the buildings were beautiful. We stayed at magnolia terrace which was romantic and gorgeous. We even witnessed a proposal in the gazebo . It was a magical stay and an affordable one. Would definitely recommend.

  We had never been to Riverside before either just to visit, for food or as overnight guests so this was a completely new experience for us. I'm happy to report that it was very pleasantly surprising. I did expect it to be as nice as it was. The lobby was very inviting and the check in area, while swamped with people in line checking in, was nice and open with plenty of seating for those not needing to be in line. The store was big and filled with everything going you could need and everything you don't need as you would expect from a Disney hotel store. The food court was pretty good too. There are better options at other resorts but this one was plenty good with lots of options and tons of seating. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. I can't speak to the bus stops and how many or how close they are to the buildings as our room was very close to the main lobby so we walked to the front to catch the bus most times. Either the bus or minivan service which I highly recommend if it's in the budget. Our room was a royal guest suite so it was highly themed with princess and royal decoration. It's the same size as a regular room at any other moderate Disney hotel this one is just hyper themed with all things royal. We were located right on the river so we were able to get to and from our room really easily and we got to see the boats that travel the river to and from Disney springs. The headboards in the room have this cool fiber optic fireworks show that goes on when you press a button on the side of the headboard. It's cool even for an adult. All in all, I'm excited to go back to Riverside and wouldn't hesitate to stay there if it were available for a good price.
