(February 12, 2019, 10:03 am)Good food, good service, great theming! Should be wanted that a reservation is best, walk-ins won’t be available or they will be a long wait. The menu had plenty of options!
(December 29, 2018, 10:17 am)We had a very nice lunch here at the Yak & Yeti. Our server was very helpful and quick to take care of us and give us some great suggestions of things we should try. The manager even stopped by a few times to make sure all was well.
We shared the chicken curry which was so tasty. For dessert we took our servers wise suggestion to try the Fried Wantons. They were so good nice pineapple and a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
The atmosphere is so cool and interesting, great theming, great food and great service.
I strongly suggest that you join the Landry's Select Club, you get your money back with first use and best of all (especially at Disney) you get the next available seating by just walking in and showing your card. No reservations, just walk in.
(November 12, 2018, 8:09 pm)Our new favorite at Disney World. Food is so different Asian fusion. Great service. Nice views on second floor. A cool Oasis away from crowds. In Asia of Animal Kingdom. If you are Landrys select members it is amazing. Everything I've eaten here three times is great. Lemonade and soda refreshers with unusual flavors as desert pear or lemongrass and more.
(November 8, 2018, 9:25 pm)Absolutely loved this restaurant! It was so cool and really immersive. Our server was absolutely phenomenal. I enjoyed the atmosphere, but the food was the best!
I had the firecracker shrimp and a ginger salad. Loved them both! It was actually a huge portion size! The salad was so big!
(September 10, 2018, 11:10 pm)To be honest, I had originally given this restaurant a single star. It all started well until we received a plate that my wife an I didn’t like. Nicely, we asked our waitress if we could please change it and order something else, her reaction caught us by surprise and we couldn’t believe how rude she had been. We asked her for a different plate and requested to speak with the manager. Aaron came by and we expressed our disappointment with how we had just been treated by the waitress, he only acknowledged and said that he will speak with her later on, but we never received an apology which shocked us even more. We ended up eating our other two plates, which were good, paid the bill and headed for the door. I didn’t want to leave with a sour taste in my mouth, and requested to speak with the General Manager. Tom came down and we had a nice conversation. He was very understanding and apologetic. If it wasn’t for the treatment we received by Tom, I would have left the single star, but thanks to him, we are likely to come back and give it another try.
