JD is super knowledgeable....not only took care of the issues I had (had an issue with my bike not shifting correctly and needed new brake pads) but he also diagnosed a couple of other parts that could do with replacing soon, but rather than pushing me into having them fixed by him...he showed me where to order the replacement parts and how to take care of the simple job myself if I wanted to. So glad to have this guy in the area...no more paying high prices for poor service at the HD dealership!!
