They were so helpful! I wanted to make sure I booked the right cruise (and there were sooooo many choices!) I had a friend who thought she had found a "steal" online and it turned out the site was fake and she lost her money. Huge drama! Another friend got a great deal on the cruise ship site then found out when she got on the ship that it was in really bad shape and her "cheap" cabin was under the basketball court and where they had night parties. She didn't sleep all week! So when I found out that I don't pay anything to use a travel agent (in fact, they told me that the cruise lines pay them because people are happier when they have the right ship/itinerary/cabin choice) and cruise more often. She even had wine waiting for me in my room. It was wonderful! So after asking me some questions to find out what I really needed, she worked with me (I like doing some of the research) and I emailed her what I was looking at and she emailed back with prices and few suggestions I hadn't thought of. Anyway, it was overall a wonderful experience and I can't wait to book my next cruise (and considering she already sent me a crazy group deal they have out of Port Canaveral, it won't be long!)
