The quality of care is priceless between the care and concern for long term health solutions and the attention to detail of personal needs i know from experience that this has been the right choice. For me i struggle with diets these ladies are very upfront and honest which has helped me set goals and achieve them stressfree.

I can’t say enough about this place! I started when I weighed 200+ lbs and was able to loose 80lbs, then again after having my 2nd child (I gained 69 lbs) I lost all of it within 9 months. The best part is I have been able to maintain the weight loss over 9 yrs! Anytime I have gained due to the holidays/ medical issues/ or the good ole pandemic I have returned to the lovely “Miss Annie” so she could help me get back on track! I started Medical Health Nutrition in 2013 due to being over weight. I struggled with my weight my whole life. Annie is the best and so encouraging. She helped me lose 55 lbs and tought me how to keep it off by eatting healthy. In 2017 I quit smoking and unfortunately gained 40 lbs. Annie welcomed me back with open arms with encouragement to help me lose it again. I could not have done it without Medical Health Nutrition.
