  I visited Pep Boys Ocoee on Good Homes Road on this cold rainy Sunday afternoon. Initially I expected long wait times because of the weather but instead I experience the most quick and exceptional service I have ever received from a car repair shop. To top it off the gentleman behind the counter even helped me to my car with groceries I picked up. Thank you Pep Boys Ocoee Team for making me a happy customer today!

  Made same day appointment. Walked up stated I had appointment and wanted us to wait until 3, my husband complained and then he said ok we can get you but I need to look at the car because of our lifts....did not have a filter, wanted me to wait over an hour so he could get the filter. Then he also said if we went over to the other store that had the filter they could get us in quicker.
  
  1. If he could just look in the computer and tell me you could not do the car because of the filters, why doesn't your reservation system check that?
  2. Why was it questionable because of the lifts then you could not do it because of the lack of filter.
  
  Waste of time. Never again
  
  Fast forward 2 years and my tire blows out on 429...ended up in this Pep Boys by accident... Out on the road next day. Easy, friendly and super helpful. Do not know what has happened but super easy fix.
