“Yes, this is a very busy location, however, this is my number ONE favorite ice machine closest to my house I live in Beverly Hills, FL & I drive to this location AT LEAST TWICE A WEEK for ice. The location could DEFINITELY be cleaner AND the machine tends to malfunction taking payments VERY OFTEN. But what makes this particular location my favorite closest to my home is the ice! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE ICE FROM THIS MACHINE. I LOVE THE TASTE OF THE ICE & I LOVE THE TEXTURE OF THE ICE! There are 4 (four) other machine that I favor more than this machine & those machines are over 3 hours from my home. I only get to those machines maybe two (2) to 3 (three) times a month. 3 of those 4 machines are ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! They are kept in tip top shape both inside and out! And they very rarely have any mechanical or technical issues. If any of those were closer to my home, I'd choose them over my number 1 machine near my house every time I wanted ice or water. ALL OF THE ORLANDO FL LOCATIONS NEED TO BE TENDED TO MORE OFTEN INSIDE AND OUT! JUST WHATEVER YOU DO, PLEASE DON'T CHANGE THE QUALITY OF THE ICE, I'M BEGGING YOU!
