The staff genuinely care about your pets and the veterinarian ensures you leave there with your questions answered and any issues fully understood. I knew I liked the guy when he got on the floor with my chihuahua to make her feel comfortable. The prices are not ridiculous either which is a huge plus. Not to mention the veterinarian will sometimes give you some samples to ensure the medication will be effective before you spend money. The staff is excellent at scheduling appointments as I have never waited for over 20 minutes and most of the time get seen before I finish filling out the paperwork. Overall a perfect experience for my pets and I. Or as the Dr. Hayes says "my fur babies".

The staff has always been really friendly, compassionate, and welcoming every time I come in or call. Dr Hayes is the BEST in his field with his emergency vet background and his constant search for new and revolutionary treatments, updated technology, as well as his “no-stress” philosophy for our pets. He always makes us feel as if our family is part of his family and that we are all very special to him. His entire staff is on the same page and always works so well together. Rose, Tyler, Shana, Christina and everyone else in the office is just the best in their field and we truly appreciate all they do! THANK YOU!
