My trainer Joel is very encouraging during workouts and has helped me with not only fitness but nutrition as well. I have seen great results in just a month. Glad I found a place that I feel comfortable in!
(March 28, 2016, 6:34 pm)I've been with Ben and Gus at My House Fitness pretty much since the start and it's been a wonderful experience. I had not crossed the threshold of any fitness place for too many years but found myself at the point where it was now or never. Ben made it so easy for me to take that first step and now I'm a regular. With their coaching and encouragement, my fitness has improved dramatically in strength, endurance, balance, and most importantly, self esteem. Oh, and I've lost some pounds too. All good.
(February 16, 2016, 9:25 am)I started training about 1 month ago and love the place. This is my first time to have a personal trainer and it really as made a difference. Joel is really great and ready to give my full attention to improve my fitness. I love the fitness challenge concept.
