Orlando Health Physician Associates

I did post a review. I gave the office a high rating. The atmosphere in the office was a clue. There was laughter among the nurses and staff. Important. They were also efficient as well as friendly. I was treated with respect and kindness. I really like my doctor who is leaving to pursue another job. Now I am looking for another doctor as I do wish to remain at this office and location.

I recently had an appointment with Kimberly Dale, she was very pleasant and accommodating. She listened to me and had feedback. I hope to continue a relationship with her and this facility as I felt extremly comfortable with her and the people in the office were very welcoming, every one was very nice. The facilty was clean and professional.

The front staff was welcoming and nice. I arrived early to my appointment and I only waited 5 minutes in the waiting room and got called back, still early from my original appointment time. (Such a plus) The medical assistant was thorough in asking me every question they needed to know. The doctor didn’t take long to come in the room, she came quickly and had a calm demeanor. She listened to my concerns and explained everything very well.
I didn’t know this before hand but a plus is that they can do you lab work right there on-site which is so great and convenient!! My first time experience was great. I would recommend this office and Dr. Duncan!
