  I liked the personnel at Dealer Service Alternative. They were very friendly and respectful towards me. They had no problem doing over things with me and going over deals that is wasn't aware of. I'm definitely going black to this location.

  The service and price was amazing. Did not try to overcharge for service. Did not recommend extra services that I didn't need like dealership. Saved a couple thousand dollars that I didn't need to spend.

  It's been a great experience with DSA. They'll let you know what they find before start doing work to ensure you're not having anything unnecessary done. They'll keep you updated if there are any surprises. They're good people too.

  So impressed with this business! They were very kind and transparent when walking us through all the maintenance that our vehicle needed. They politely and thoroughly answered any questions my boyfriend had which made us both a lot more comfortable going to a new shop. We had just got a quote at the Mercedes dealership for almost twice the price for less work. They replaced everything we needed as well as did our routine oil change and tire rotation/alignment that we were long over due for. They worked very quickly and were very easy to communicate with during the process. 10/10 would recommend and will be returning when the time comes
