Special thanks to the installers, they worked VERY hard to make sure the hot tub was installed the day we were promised. They worked until late and remained positive the entire time . Definitely would recommend to a friend!! GREAT JOB

(March 16, 2018, 3:43 pm)An experience of a life time that I would do all over again. When it got here a jet was not working but I know it was not their doing because it came from the factory, they however made it right in a timely manner with incentives. I got it for a medical condition and it has been a perfect solution, getting in is much easier than getting out. It just feels right. I use it everyday sometimes twice a day, just before bed helps me sleep better. Again, thank you guys for the Awesome service.

(August 3, 2017, 12:37 pm)When my husband and I decided we wanted a Nordic hot tub, our search took us to the Orlando Hot Tub Store. We chose the Nordic Sport, plug & play, as it fit our space perfectly. John was most helpful in answering all our questions, and holding our hand, as this was our first hot tub purchase. Service from sale to delivery has been exceptional. John has been most patient in answering my ever evolving questions about it's care and maintenance. It's been two months since our start up, and I can confirm, once we got the hang of it, it has been very easy to maintain. We enjoy the tub every evening, unless it is storming
outside. I must confess, we have sat through some rain showers, but as long as there's no thunder and lightning, we're already wet!
