  Thankful for the past 9 months of living here. I am grateful for my experience within the property. Other than a few hiccups which have been addressed (dog park, not gated), I have enjoyed calling this apartment home. Reason for my 5 stars is the fact that I have been treated with respect by maintenance and management. Any issues that I have ran into have been resolved promptly. Very great location if you’re into golf and outdoor activities. Finally, the units are new and look great!

  This is a Great place to live, the entire staff is super friendly and always take care of residents concerns. What people should know is that maintenance is constantly cleaning and is the same residents that are complaining about everything, those are the same adding bad reviews to this website because they have nothing else to do. Believe me, I'm one of the first residents to move in here, April,2016 and I know almost everyone here, I've seen how resident's behave and act like they have slaves, they need to go a low class neighborhood, not here. Don't believe everything you read, Murano is a good place to live.

  I have been a resident since mid 2017 and I must admit this is probably the best apartment community in South Orlando. Some of the things I've enjoyed so far
  
  1. The management and staff are very friendly. Whenever I had an issue or a concern they were quick to address it. Maintenance is also very professional.
  
  2. When it comes to the living space and kitchen I've liked the layout and the neutral cabinet colors. Very pleasing to the eye. The high ceiling makes it look even roomier.
  
  3. I get to park right in front of my unit even if I get home at 2 in the morning thanks to the ample parking space.
  
  4. Its very quiet for the most part and I don't hear my neighbours which is the part I'm quite excited about.

  The place has a superb facilities and an equally awesome staff. Marilyn is great and does an amazing job making sure all issues from the tenants were properly channeled. Our unit is beautiful and I always feel secure. The maintenance and repair for every unit is very responsive. I am so glad that I moved here.
