  This DMV is small yet super busy. I visited on a Monday around 3:30pm and I was in and out within 30 minutes updating my driver’s license. 2 small cons are the parking spaces are limited and If you have Metro by T-Mobile(PCS) as a phone carrier do not bother putting your information into the kiosk because You will need to go to the front desk and provide your last 4 digits of your number. Other than that the employees are very helpful and nice. If your in this area I recommend this dmv.

  Made an appointment online, checked in on my mobile device and was quoted a 15 minute wait time. Was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Ana (employee) who helped us was unbelievably polite and made going to the DMV a pleasant experience

  Here is my 2 day review, i went Monday afternoon at 315pm to see if i can switch my out of state license before they closed, the lady at the front said they are over capacity that if i didn’t have an appointment to come back tomorrow morning ok no problem i came late i made an appointment for 10am Tuesday and went to DMV not realizing my appointment was for Wednesday the nice lady at the front said no problem I’ll put you in line the wait shouldn’t be long. I have been told that before and waited for 2 hours, but i think i May have set a new record i was in and out of DMV in 15min with new license in hand couldn’t believe it. If you go early to this office you should be good late in the day they are packed

  I’m new to Florida and I had to come here twice this week to take care of license and car registration. Both times I used the online appointment and was seen within minutes of my scheduled time. Both times Ana at isle #7 was fantastic to work with.
  I get all confused with what papers I need for what and she was patient and willing to explain and confirm to make sure we had everything right.
  The Ladies around me seemed helpful as well.
  If you look at online resources and schedule your appointment DMV is not as bad as people make it out to be.
