  I moved to Sawgrass 1/10 and I am so grateful that I have! I was waiting to allow my review to have some authenticity to it. I chose sawgrass because of the ratings, location, and quality.
  
  In my past I have lived at lower rated places and have had undesirable experiences through those decisions.
  
  Now that I have taken ownership of my self-love and self-worth, I knew that I deserved to live somewhere that mirrored that belief.
  
  I was hesitant to proceed due to external fear from reading reviews of Amelia being a “liar” yet I listened to my heart and moved forward. I am so thankful that I have begun to listen to my heart. Amelia has a positive vibe and is an authentic individual!!! She has a love for life and everyone she encounters.
  
  This place is great, the location is great, and we lucked out in the best view!!!
  
  Listen to your heart it will bring you exactly where you need to be.

  Amelia is extremely helpful and courteous, with next to no notice she switched my move in date to accommodate my needs (I was driving in from Ohio and need 2 extra days). In person she expresses the same high quality traits she possess via the phone conversations prior to a move in date. So far everything here at sawgrass is going well!

  My dog and I feel at home here at Sawgrass. We especially love the dog park, a recent addition to the community. I feel safe and feel it’s a great location. All of the staff have been friendly and helpful.

  2+ years in and I still love it. The staff is awesome, helpful and friendly, especially Amelia! Work orders get done swiftly and any odds and ends are resolved ASAP! Been too busy to attend some of the events but they seem great too.

  I have been living at Sawgrass apartment for almost a month. The initial experience was amazing, the office employees are very professional, especially Amelia, and they make you feel part of the community. The community is very quiet, safe and you don't see people walking around or chatting in the parking lot. Finding a parking spot, for the most part, is not bad at all. The location is close to many shopping areas. The monthly rent is a little bit higher but worth it. I understand that is based on the economy and the market at the time. I will give another review in the next six months about my experience so far.
