  Mr. Nuebal is very honest, does not sell dreams or make promises he can't keep. He is straightforward and more attorneys need to follow in his methods.
  
  When it comes to disability cases and applying for benefits, an approval is not always guaranteed and waiting on an approval can take up to 24-36 months. The long waits is Not always because of attorneys but because the Alj Odar offices are backed up and understaffed.
  
  Mr nuebal agreed to take on my best friend's case today. Her case is complex because her condition of scoliosis is unique and not technically listed as a disability on the social security disability guidelines.
  From the start Mr nuebal was very upfront and honest and made it very clear what the hurtles may be and instead of passing up on the Case, his compassion allowed him to take on this very complex case.
