Effortless to book a double stroller on a last min call. We had to leave ours at home cause of space issues in the car. I forgot to do the booking ahead of schedule (life happens) so I had to do the booking upon arrival to Orlando. It was seamless. I called after placing the reservation and there was someone available during the holiday hours on short notice. Easy to pick up, was ready within 30mins. The guy had great customer service, offered me a black colored version of the blue that I ordered cause I had concerns about some small stains. It was easy to drop off. Again, 10/10 on everything, this is my spot to rent strollers while vacationing in Orlando moving forward and did I say their price was competitive (not too low not too high)
We used magic strollers for the first time during a vacation trip to Universal Studios a week ago. The pick up and return was very fast and easy, staff who assisted were friendly and patient while we decided on which stroller to use.
The stroller was lightweight, clean, and easy to fold and store in the car. We recommend this location if your going to a theme park and don't want to carry all your belongings and make it easy on the kids, we will use them again, pricing was fair and in my opinion inexpensive.
