Stone Spirit: Granite Countertops Orlando / Quartz Countertops O

Highly recommend this company. Had shopped a couple other places and Stone Spirit was the best! Installed my bathroom countertop today and it looks amazing. Professional and wonderful customer service. Masha was so helpful with selection and installers so courteous and professional. I definitely will be a repeat customer.

I had contacted 3 other countertop fabricators before ending up at Stone Spirit. It was a very tight fit for one quartzite slab to do the whole job and confirmation was needed ahead of the slab purchase. It was such a refreshing change and a huge burden lifted once I started working with Stone Spirit. I worked with Masha from the beginning - she was so helpful and patient, had all the answers and handled everything in a way that made me feel very confident that my lovely slab was in excellent hands! When I had questions about the layout and concerns of measurements, Masha took me back to the tech guy behind the scenes to adjust on the computer. I felt so reassured that all was accurate! Every single person at Stone Spirit associated with the whole process was so polite and helpful and professional every single time. The installer guys (Eric and his helper) were awesome. All in all, a great experience with superb very personal customer service. Thank you, Masha, for all your help and patience! I absolutely love my new kitchen.

Initial Meeting:

This was my first experience purchasing stone counter tops and it went very smoothly. When I first walked in the door, I was immediately greeted by Julia and within minutes she was taking me on tour to view their stone selection. After making a decision on a beautiful style of granite they had in stock, the details and steps to move forward were clearly explained. Julia maintained great communication and always offered to answer any of my questions.

Measurements:

Within a week of selecting the granite style a representative was sent to my home to take precise measurements using laser equipment I've never seen before. He made sure to inform me about all of the specific details of the granite measurements and asked if I had any specific input. He was very polite and was happy to answer all of my questions. Within 30-40 minutes the entire measurement process was complete.

Slab Selection:

A few days after the measurements were completed, I was contacted by Julia to come in and select the exact slab(s) to be used for the installation. Within minutes of arrival, Julia had the equipment operator line up several slabs of the style I selected for me to choose from. This was great as I was able to closely inspect and study each slab to make a selection that was most attractive to me. At this point they had proper measurements and specifically selected slabs to begin their work. This leads to the next step.

Final quote and Rendering:

At this point Stone Spirit had all the information necessary to produce a final quote. Within that final quote was a rendering of the exact slabs I selected and how they would be cut. Showing precisely where the unique stone patterns would be in the kitchen and their orientation. I felt this was VERY helpful. This is also the point where any small changes can be made to your design (I changed the 4" back splashes to 4.5").

Installation:

The duration of the installation was approximately 2.5 hours. Stone Spirit contacted me 3 times prior to the install for scheduling: 2 days prior, 1 day prior, and 45 minutes prior to their arrival. Great communication. The installers were very polite as well and were very careful around the new cabinets, flooring and furniture in my home. The guys did a great job.

Overall:

Though this has been my first and only experience purchasing granite and having it installed, I am very pleased by how efficient and pleasant the process was. Not only am I extremely satisfied with the granite itself, but the experience was great as well. 10/10.

My experience with Stone Spirit was worth a 10 star review but unfortunately I can only leave 5! From start to finish Maria and the entire team were a pleasure to work with. They were up front, quick, professional and kept us in the loop from start to finish. We are so pleased with how our new kitchen looks we will definitely be using them again in the future! If you are looking for new counters, this is the place to go!

From start to finish my experience with Stone Spirit has been quick, easy and extremely enjoyable. Starting with Maria, our sales woman. Her knowledge and guidance allowed us the opportunity to choose the best stone for our projects. Her customer service is amazing. She truly went above and beyond to ensure we chose the perfect product.
From that point on, template making to finally installation, our expectations were met and exceeded. I would definitely encourage using Stone Spirit for any future projects. We are very happy with absolutely everything.
