  Just as good as last time I stayed. Lovely and clean rooms. Nice breakfast area. Close to the Airport. What more could you ask for.

  Hotel is AWESOME. Shuttle FROM airport unreliable. (Shuttle TO airport is scheduled and runs on time.)
  
  The rooms are beautiful. The staff is very professional, pleasant, competent, and responsive. Breakfast is pretty good.
  
  The shuttle TO the airport is scheduled (only one per hour, but you can sometimes request an additional one), but the shuttle FROM the airport is on demand. The hotel is about 12 minutes from the airport.
  
  We took the shuttle to the hotel several times. We never waited less than 20 minutes, and once when traffic was very bad we waited over an hour, while shuttle after shuttle arrived from other hotels. (One particular brand had 4 come and go in that time.) Our shuttle may never have come; we finally took a different hotel's shuttle to our hotel. (We had called our hotel first, and they did reimburse us for what we had to pay driver #2).
  
  Except for the shuttle issues, I recommend this hotel without other reservation. If I had a car, I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

  Remodeled with a modern feel. The staff were helpful and very accommodating. I arrived well before check-in but they had a room ready for me. Airport shuttle is a wonderful convenience and keeps a regular schedule.

  Room was very nice and clean. Staff was exceptional. Power was lost in the morning due to construction outside nearby had cut wires. The staff went over and above to serve and accommodate as much as possible.

  We decided to book all of guests at this hotel so they could attend our wedding onboard a cruise ship, my guest flew from all over the world. Our flight gets into Orlando airport at 1030pm and we call Jessica says go to A4 and wait. 40 minutes later no shuttle, I call Jessica says a shift change. We were standing next to other families who had elderly people as well. Shuttle no show. I was told the shuttle holds only 11 people others will have to take a cab. I’m a Travel Agent Supervisor by the way ,and now it my job to warn guests. Night shift shows no empathy and Jessica talks to people like we’re uneducated. People like her are bad for what I was taught about the history of Holiday Inn and family friendly company. I’m very patient with people but this has gone to far. I’m going to corporate. I did get reimbursed for our cab and I dealt with Maggie and Bismarck and Joyce and Kevin Smith the manager that made my stay for my wedding party and myself so comfortable that I changed my review to 4 stars for going above and beyond and the hotel is very clean. Thank you all for caring.
