(December 6, 2018, 8:14 pm)We found this gem when we rolled in on Monday, we have eaten there every night of our trip. Great small plates with Caribbean flavors, great dessert and friendly fantastic staff.
(September 22, 2018, 8:19 pm)With over 100 varieties of rum picking out a flight to try can be difficult. No worries though if Maggie is your waitress. She picked out two flights of rum for us that we're amazing and perfect for our tastes. Combined with the tapas this place is amazing.
(September 7, 2018, 5:19 pm)At first I was a little disappointed. I had been sitting there for 10 minutes after I was told a server would be with me shortly. I finally flagged down a server, Alexis, and he immediately went to work making sure we were taken care of. He was knowledgeable and polite. The food and drinks were amazing. Went back the next night and had Maggie for a server and she was just as amazing. Made sure our food was the way we wanted and the drinks were great. The third night we had Brittany, who was an absolute sweetheart with amazing suggestions. This restaurant saved our vacation from the dread of our hotel. Wish we would have booked at Sapphire Falls so we were in the same building as Strong Water.
(August 24, 2018, 9:26 pm)Absolutely delicious food paired with perfectly crafted cocktails all served with a view across the river of the theme parks makes for an unmatchable dining experience. Easily the highlight of our trip this far. Will definitely be back before the end of the vacation, and will make a point to return on future vacations. In a word, outstanding.
