(November 28, 2018, 10:01 am)If you’re looking for a REAL gated community, this is NOT it. The gate is for show, you can walk in from just about any point off the street. I loved my apartment, but management can do a lot better. The new group that has taken over the Estates two years ago is extremely hands off with understanding the tenants...barely able to answer the phone, and making it mandatory that you pay $20 a month for trash pickup even when the dumpster is in walking distance... They also do not leave a note when they enter your apartment.
But I really did enjoy my living space. The views and the foliage is all very nice. Includes a mini dog park for the doggos.
(October 17, 2018, 9:23 pm)I moved in here about 3 weeks ago and love it ! The office is great Joshua and Sandra were great ! The grounds are well taken care of I looked at many other places and none were as nice as this . I feel safe . Love my townhome . I have leased before and This place has been the best love this place happy too Call It Home
