Came in to get a storage unit, I wasn’t sure what I needed but Daniel gave me a tour of the property and shows me all the options and walked me completely through the process! I was able to get 2 units and learned how to access it all via the app quickly! By far the best customer service experience I received in a long time!!! This guy goes above and beyond, something you don’t see often! Thanks again for your help and time Daniel!

Daniel W has been excellent setting me up for the Vineland location. I have been with Public Storage for a few years and he has shown me things I did not know. He walked me through using the Public Storage App. I am grateful I selected Vineland location and Daniel was here today to assist. You have excellent customer service skills!

Daniel W is kind and nice. I visit this location in which the office clean and smell fresh. Also this first public storage location that actually have there climate building smell amazing verses that old moth balls and old clothes smell. Thank Daniel W
