  Lisandro is a thorough professional. His service is beyond excellent. He thoroughly checked all the air-conditioning units and heating units. He even troubleshooted an existing problem for no extra charge. He talks through the whole service just to explain what he’s doing. He never cut any corners. He is one of the very few I have met with, who takes utmost care in delivering the best customer service. He takes his time. Does not rush through anything. I am thoroughly impressed. He is worth every penny. I would go with him again and would highly recommend.

  This company was referred to us by our neighbor who couldn't say enough about the owner and workers. If you are looking for honesty, knowledge, dependability and down right great customer service, this is the air conditioning company for you. We called on a Friday afternoon because our A/C was stuck on 80, they called back, rearranged their schedule, showed up at 6:30pm and got the system to work temporarily for the weekend so we could be comfortable until they could get the part on Monday. As you know if you live in Florida your A/C is necessary for comfort even in October. They went above and beyond our expectations and pricing was very fair. We now fully understand why our neighbor highly recommended North Pole Air Conditioning and want to also highly recommend them too.

  Lisandro notified me about his ETA and he was very pleasant on arrival and throughout the time he was at my house. He was honest with his diagnostic findings and he even wanted to show me everything. He did some maintenance work to the AC unit and its cooling the house very well. Thank You!
