(February 11, 2019, 10:35 am)Really great experience. They cleaned out condo everyday and gave us fresh towels. We had a sitting area over looking the waterfall and lake. Everything was beautiful. There are 3 pools. Free shuttle to the world center where my husband are dinner at. Staff always said hello.

(February 8, 2019, 10:10 pm)Great place to stay for families. We had 5 adults and 3 children in the 3-bedroom villa and it was comfortable for our 1 week stay. The location is convenient to Disney and Universal and there is a fantastic pool area and splash/play pool for the kids. We will definitely return and recommend for anyone else.

(December 19, 2018, 12:04 am)I honestly desired to give this location 4.5 stars. The Imperial Palms is beautiful. They had several opportunities to engage with the staff (little fun things here and there such as snow cones). They were for fee; however, worth the fun.
The half a star I would remove is more based on a policy. Being a Platinum guest, traditionally Marriott hotels have certain perks afforded to the guests. Unfortunately, vacation clubs do not follow these perks (late check out, welcome gift, etc).
The housekeeping staff went above and beyond though. When a stuffed animal went missing-they hunted it down. When they could not find it. They replaced it. Loved it!
Will visit again!
